You should know that you are spending almost a third from your life sleeping. During the day our mind and body is working very intense. This is why you need to have a good sleep every night. By resting your body cells will have time to recover and be active for the next day.

Children need more sleep than adults. The normal average of time an adult needs to sleep every day is 8 hours. This amount of time can differ depending of each person. You are the only person who can say how much time you need to sleep every night.
Some people may need a lot more hours of sleep than the generally accepted norm. Usually an adult person sleeps for approximately 8 hours a night. If a person is more nervous it’s possible to need also a bigger amount of sleep.
You should know that people are able to live a longer period of time without food and water than without sleep. There for if you are having sleep problems you should take this problem very seriously.
